Payments made for hearing therapy sessions are non-refundable.
Once a session is booked, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Refunds are applicable only in the case of double payment or technical error during the transaction, subject to verification by Aaroha Om.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling:
A booked session can be rescheduled to a different date/time only if the therapist has not reached the client’s location.
Clients must inform us at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled session for rescheduling.
Rescheduled sessions are subject to therapist availability.
Cancellations after therapist dispatch/arrival:
If the therapist has already started traveling or reached the client’s location, the session will be considered as completed and no rescheduling/refund will be provided (as travel & time costs are already incurred).
No-shows:
If a client is unavailable or does not attend the session at the booked time, it will be treated as a completed session with no refund or reschedule.
Shipping & Delivery Policy (for compliance, even if no physical shipping is involved)
Our services are delivered in person at the client’s chosen location.
Minimum delivery time: same-day service (based on therapist availability).
Maximum delivery time: 7 working days from the date of booking (subject to slot availability).
Confirmation of the scheduled session will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
