What You’ll Learn

Our training prepares you to support older adults with skill and confidence. You’ll learn the essentials of hearing care, emotional coaching, and family engagement—all in a flexible, practical format.

Cultural sensitivity & emotional readiness coaching.
Family and caregiver engagement.
Hearing coaching techniques.
Roleplay-based conversational coaching.

How We Support You

₹6,000–₹25,000/month part-time (depending on location and number of clients).

Part-time or project-based work.

Flexible locations (in-home, hybrid, remote calls)

Pay per session + travel reimbursement (where applicable).

Option to convert to full-time or team lead roles over time.
